His wealth of experience has been gained in acclaimed establishments throughout the U.K , aswell as time in Europe as the food development director for one of the largest international hotel groups in the world, specialising in business, leisure and ofcourse fine cuisine and five star service.
With Sodexho Prestige he covered events such as Royal Ascot which provided corporate hospitality to over 12,000 diners per day on exclusive racing packages aswell as the more intimate Luncheon rooms where the stars, celebrities and royality were wined and dined.
In 2004 he took the helm at the five star One Devonshire Gardens, turning Gordon Ramsays 'Amarylis' into 'Room' at One Devonshire.
Operating from the heart of Glasgows West End he acheived glowing press reviews for the revival of the restaurant and eventually acclaimations from Scottish Food Reviewers aswell as rosettes for inventive and outstanding cuisine from the AA Food Guide.
More recently Chris has controlled one of Scotlands Primary Wedding and major function venue hotels at the four star Houstoun House.

He was prompted by fellow professionals to use his skills to provide a more personal service to a wider audience in late 2006 and initially from providing catering for institution annual dinners aroujnd Edinburgh, to then gaining exclusive fine dining contracts he set up Greens from his Professional kitchens in Glencorse.
In just a short time the reputation of his dedication and quality was well recieved and he now operates from central kitchens in Kingston Grange,Liberton where he runs his restaurant, aswell as the Outside Catering and Events & Hospitality Branch of the business.
His skills are sought after in the Scottish Food Market, regularly contributing his time to the development of young chefs in local colleges aswell as being involved in development planning for Indulgence foods - a company which provides luxury food items to many leading high street food retailers.
We now provide food for events all over Scotland, private parties, birthdays,anniversaries, christenings, weddings, lunches, dinners,conferences and training days, boardroom events, annual dinners , barbeques and funerals aswell as being a nominated caterer for events at Newbattle Abbey College.
Using all his experience with food and working closely with each individual booking and client on a one to one basis the aim is to provide quality food for any occasion specifically made to order and in line with price requirements. Chris says - "I treat a booking as a personal invitation for me to cook for them, unlike other caterers i don't take on a double booking, if its booked with me then it's me and my food you get - not someone you've never met delivering a take away meal cooked by a variety of casual employees"
